E*Card Frequently Asked Questions

  • The e-card is sent directly to the recipient’s email address provided at checkout. Only the recipient receives the digital card; the purchaser does not receive a copy of the card.

  • E-cards are typically delivered to the recipient within 24 hours of purchase. As soon as your transaction is complete, you (the purchaser) will receive an email/tax receipt confirming your order. Once that receipt hits your inbox, you can rest assured the e-card is in our queue for delivery!

  • To help your recipient identify the e-card, let them know to look for an email with the following details:

  • Digital delivery can sometimes be filtered by email providers. If the recipient does not see the card in their primary inbox within a few minutes, please ask them to check their Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.

  • No, the e-card is sent only to the recipient’s email address. The purchaser receives the itemized receipt.

  • If you wish to see the card or print it out to give in person, you must enter your own email address in the "Recipient Email" field. Otherwise, the card will be sent directly to the recipient.
