Art in Action empowers students through hands-on arts education - teaching STEAM, cultural understanding, and themes about social justice. For over 40 years, Art in Action has prepared generations of children to become creative leaders and innovators by encouraging their critical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on art lessons.

Art Studio: Bring your team or department together for creative team-building engagement
Spend an hour letting your team explore their creative side with our interactive art lessons. Designed to promote life enrichment, our lessons bring people together for a shared experience promoting community and energizing tired minds. Studies show active participation in the ARTS reduces stress and potential burnout.

Sub-Assembly: Partner with Art in Action to bring art supplies and lessons to students throughout the Bay Area
Bring your team together to help prepare the art supplies and materials for use in our Kindergarten through 8th grade art lessons. The fees charged for this event will be used to purchase the art materials that your team will assemble. This fun 1.5-hour team event ends with you and your colleagues creating Artist cards – cards with your company logo and room to write an inspirational message or draw a picture. Artist cards are included in the lesson boxes shipped to Art in Action schools.

This 3-hour engagement is a combination of an art studio and sub-assembly engagement. It allows your employees to refresh their minds by participating in a dynamic, hands-on individual or team art activity and offers them the opportunity to make an impact on their community through volunteerism.
