Heather Macdonald, Business Operations Director

Heather Macdonald is the Business Operations Director for Art in Action. She is responsible for the organization's business and financial operations. She facilitated the development of Art in Action's strategic plan and is responsible for writing and implementing the annual operating plan, including the activities and budgets to help realize the strategic plan.

Heather earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from Syracuse University. She has worked with interior design and architecture firms, as well as with corporate facilities departments. Prior to joining Art in Action, she was director of corporate services for a Fortune 500 company where she managed the corporation's real estate and office services. She enjoys spending time with her family, walking, hiking, and volunteering with her children's schools.
